1. Who you are buying from

This US store is operated by KYRION SAS, a French company with share capital of EUR 1,000, registered under 130 764 889 RCS Paris. Our registered office is c/o BELLDOM, 29 rue Tronchet, 75008 Paris, France. Contact: contact@alleviaparis.com.

These terms apply to purchases from this US store. They do not replace the terms or promises attached to orders placed through our previous French store.

2. Orders and offer contents

Check your selected set, quantities, delivery address, and total before paying. The items and digital extras included in an offer are those described on the product page and in your order confirmation when you purchase. A Duo set contains two Allevia Lift devices and one bottle of massage oil unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

Your confirmation records your order details. If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange a suitable solution or refund. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices and payments on this store are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and any shipping charge are displayed before payment. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion charges if your account uses another currency.

Available payment methods are those actually displayed at checkout. A displayed payment logo does not guarantee eligibility for a particular wallet, financing service, or installment plan. Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with the offer; they are not automatically combinable.

If a material pricing or product-information error affects your order, we will explain it and give you the option to accept corrected terms or cancel for a refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

4. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to eligible US addresses only. Orders are fulfilled from China through our logistics partner. The shipping service, shipping charge, and delivery estimate shown for your destination at checkout form part of the information for your order.

Please read our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer the required delay or cancellation options. A carrier's delivered scan does not by itself prevent you from contacting us about a parcel you did not receive.

5. Our 90-day money-back promise

Our Allevia Lift sets include a 90-day trial after delivery, with no product return required. Request a refund by emailing us within that period. The Refund Policy explains the process, refund amount, and payment method. No return shipping or restocking fee applies under this promise.

6. Product use and safety

Read the instructions and warnings supplied with your exact device and oil before use. Use the products only as instructed. Do not use a damaged device, use it while charging, or immerse it in water. Stop if use causes discomfort or irritation.

If you have a medical condition or uncertainty about suitability, obtain advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Product descriptions, digital guides, and customer experiences do not replace diagnosis or individual medical care.

7. Digital guides and customer support

Any included ebook is a digital item delivered using the method stated in your offer or order email. Contact us if your access link is missing or does not work. Included support means help from the Allevia team with your purchase and routine; it is not medical consultation or individualized treatment.

8. Website use and intellectual property

You must not use the website to interfere with its operation, access another person's order without authorization, or submit unlawful content. Site content may be owned by KYRION or licensed from third parties. Your purchase does not transfer intellectual property rights in that content.

9. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Our voluntary refund promise does not replace mandatory remedies for faulty goods, non-delivery, or other protected situations.

These terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you reside. This clause does not require you to give up a court, remedy, or protection available under mandatory applicable law.

10. Updates and contact

Terms may be updated for future purchases. The commitments applicable when you ordered continue to govern that purchase. For questions or a complaint, email us with your order number and a description of the issue.
