Not seeing an update yet?
A tracking number can be created before the parcel's first carrier scan. Tracking may also pause during international transport or the handoff to a local carrier. A label or status message alone does not confirm physical dispatch.
Marked delivered, but not received?
Check the delivery details and any safe place or building reception used for your address. If you still cannot find the parcel, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
