Your 90-day trial
Try your Allevia Lift set at home. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 90 calendar days after delivery to request a refund. No product return is required, and there is no return shipping charge or restocking fee.
This promise applies to Allevia Lift offers purchased from this US store, including The Essential, The Complete Ritual, and The Duo. If your order arrives in separate parcels, the trial starts when your complete set has been delivered.
How to request your refund
- Email contact@alleviaparis.com within the 90-day period.
- Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Tell us that you would like to use your 90-day money-back guarantee.
You do not need to send medical information or prove that you achieved a particular result. We may ask for the information needed to locate and verify your purchase.
What we refund
For a set refunded under this promise, we refund the amount actually paid for that set, including applicable taxes. Complimentary oil, guides, and other included gifts do not create a deduction from that refund. If your entire order is refunded, we also refund any shipping charge you paid for it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the currency of the original transaction. We aim to issue the refund within seven business days after verifying an eligible request and confirm it by email. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or develops a fault, contact us so we can help. Photos or a short video may help us understand a fault, but our supplier's claim deadlines do not replace our promise to you or your legal rights. Do not continue using a damaged or unsafe device.
Cancellation before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched, we will explain the available options. Any rights you have when an order is delayed or cannot be shipped remain unaffected.
No return address is needed
Do not mail products to our registered office in Paris. No product return is required under this trial.
Your rights remain protected
This voluntary money-back promise is additional to any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Orders placed through our previous French store remain subject to the commitments made when those orders were placed.
