Before your session

During use
Do not apply heavy pressure over bones or joints. Keep away from damp environments and stop immediately if you experience discomfort. Use oil with the device only as permitted by the manufacturer's instructions, and follow the bottle's own warnings.
Cleaning and storage
Switch off and disconnect the device. Wipe gently with a lightly damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water, use strong disinfectants, or dismantle it. Allow it to dry and store it away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep the device and oil out of children's reach.
When to ask for advice
If you have an injury, a history of blood clots, a pacemaker or other implanted device, are pregnant, or have a medical condition, ask a qualified healthcare professional about suitability before use. Do not use a damaged or malfunctioning device.
